I’m Liz. Creatrix of The Charis Collective.

Charis was born to make herbal exploration approachable and fun, embodying a balanced lifestlye and the golden state of mind. As it’s hands and heart my focus is on creating thoughtfully made, spirit-filled products and providing guidance to those who seek to develop an intuitive relationship with plants & integrate plant medicine into their daily routines

My personal journey exploring plants as medicine guides me in teaching others how to engage plants through their spirit and share the lessons they provide.

I'm particularly passionate about mind-body-spirit connection. Fostering a community that celebrates radical self care and connection over cups of tea and a variety of plant based products.

Currently I am enjoy hosting a growing community through interactive plant workshops, ceremonial gatherings, and nature based retreats.
