Charis was born to make herbal exploration feel approachable and intuitive, an invitation into the golden state of mind. As its founder, I create thoughtfully made, spirit-filled products for those who want to build their own daily rituals, weaving plant wisdom into everyday life.

My own journey with plants as medicine is where I teach from. Continuous study, practice, and listening have taught me to engage plants through their spirit — and to share what they offer.

Ritual is how I work — welcoming the divine into the work of my hands. When root, leaf, and flower meet time and intention, they become something that heals. I love watching that unfold into community: exquisite self-care over cups of tea, shared meals, and a table set with care.
