Charis was born to make herbal exploration approachable and fun, embodying a balanced lifestyle and the golden state of mind. As its founder, my focus is on creating thoughtfully made, spirit-filled products and sharing with those who seek to create their own daily practices — building an intuitive relationship and intentionally weaving plant wisdom and medicine into their daily lives.

My own journey with plants as medicine is where I teach from. Continuous herbal study, practice, and listening have taught me to engage plants through their spirit and to share the lessons they offer.

I am a ritualist, an alchemist, a creatrix — transforming through ritual and welcoming the divine into the work of the hands. Root, leaf, and flower meet time and intention around my table and become something that heals. That’s what I love most: the mind-body-spirit connection, and a community that celebrates radical self-love over cups of tea, shared meals, and a table set with care.

These days, my favorite way to gather is In Good Company. Join the collective for seasonal gatherings held around the table in a private home, six seats at a time.
